Shipping and Returns
Orders placed on FitnessGraveyard.com, FitnessRepairParts.com, or over the phone are generally shipped within 1-4 business days from the time the order is processed (excluding holidays and weekends). The Fitness Graveyard ships domestically and internationally. (Please check our FAQ for all locations.) Shipping time and price varies on location. We use USPS and FedEx to ship orders.
Payment for the order must clear before shipping. Unpaid charges will not leave the facility.
Tracking information is available once the shipping label has been made. Shipping information is sent to the email provided with the order.
Please note: The Fitness Graveyard is NOT responsible for lost or stolen item(s).
The Fitness Graveyard offers a 15-day guarantee starting the day the part has reached its given destination as stated on the order. Parts may not be returned after the 15-day guarantee time.
Return Process
If the machine was misdiagnosed and the ordered part(s) does not resolve the issue, the customer is subject to a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The Fitness Graveyard does NOT cover return shipment costs.

A refund will not be sent to the customer until the part has been returned to the Fitness Graveyard warehouse.
Returns are NOT accepted without an RMA. You must contact us BEFORE you send a part back. Returned parts without RMAs may not be subject to any refund.
We do not charge restocking fees on parts that have not left our facility. If you realize that your order is incorrect or no longer needed, contact us ASAP.
