Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. PayPal is accepted as well. Phone orders are also an option but must be processed via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Payments are processed as soon as the order is placed.

Do you offer any warranties?
Yes. All of our parts (both new and used) have a 30-day warranty that begins the day the order has been delivered to its destination. Items will NOT be accepted for return or exchange after the 30-day window has expired, including if the part was ordered incorrectly or proves to be defective.
Can I alter my order?
If you reach us before your order has been processed we may be able to change your order. However, if your order has left our facility by the time you reach us, we will be unable to alter it. Please call us at 563-949-0799 for the fastest service in this regard.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will send you tracking information from either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you ordered directly from the Fitness Graveyard website, you will also receive an email directly from us with your tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please Contact Us.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. You can check the shipping cost of your order by going through the checkout process. The price will be shown BEFORE you confirm your order. If you have questions about your shipping cost, please use the Contact feature on our website. Please be ready to provide the item number or reference number as well as shipping information.
There is a $15 minimum shipping fee on all orders.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, by phone (563-949-0799) or the Contact option on our website, we may be able to get the order canceled before it has left our facility. Please be sure to include your name and order number. If we are unable to cancel the order in time, we will contact you with additional information on how to send the package back to us and receive a refund. Please remember, the Fitness Graveyard is open Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time. Orders are only processed on weekdays.
When will my order arrive?
Orders within the US usually reach their destination within 3-10 business days once the order has been shipped. Orders outside of the US can take several weeks for delivery. The Fitness Graveyard works closely with USPS and FedEx to get packages out in a timely manner. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. If you placed an order directly on our website, you will also receive a confirmation shipping email from fitnessgraveyard@gmail.com. If you have not received an update on your order after 4 business days, please give us a call at 563-949-0799 or use the Contact feature on our website. Please have your order number or invoice number handy.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and Contact Us. Please be sure to include your order number or invoice number with your message. If you need to call, please call us at 563-949-0799. Please have your order number or invoice number ready.

The Fitness Graveyard is open from 8 AM - 5 PM, Central Time. Our days of operation are weekdays, Monday - Friday.
We are located at 1018 West 5th St. Wilton, IA 52778.
We are not open on these major American Holidays: Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.
What condition is this product in?
In the title of all of our products, you will see the Product Name, Product Part Number (if applicable), New or Used, Product Reference Number.
If the product is listed as NEW, that means that the product has never been installed in a machine before. The part may not come in the original packaging, but it is brand new.
If the product is listed as USED, that means that the product has been installed in a machine before but is in perfect working condition. The part may show some wear, but it should not affect how the part functions.
